**Padrasto de Adolescente que Atirou em Escola é Exonerado no Acre; Arma Pertencia a Ele**

**Rio Branco, AC** – Em meio à comoção pela morte de duas funcionárias no ataque a tiros ao Instituto São José, em Rio Branco, o governo do Acre exonerou o padrasto do adolescente de 13 anos apreendido como autor dos disparos. A pistola utilizada no crime pertence ao homem, que ocupava um cargo em comissão no estado. A exoneração foi publicada em edição extra do Diário Oficial.

Segundo as investigações, o adolescente teve acesso indevido à arma, sem autorização ou conhecimento prévio do padrasto. A defesa do homem afirma que ele não teve participação ou incentivo no ato e que se apresentou voluntariamente às autoridades, colaborando com as investigações. Um Termo Circunstanciado de Ocorrência (TCO) foi registrado contra ele, que foi detido, interrogado e liberado.

O ataque, ocorrido na terça-feira, vitimou a auxiliar administrativa Raquel Sales Feitosa, 36, e a inspetora Alzenir Pereira da Silva, 53. Outras duas pessoas, uma servidora e um aluno de 11 anos, foram atingidas e já receberam alta hospitalar após atendimento.

O adolescente, que é aluno da instituição estadual, teria entrado no prédio sem dificuldades. Ele foi apreendido com carregadores extras e se entregou após o crime. O celular dele foi recolhido e a polícia investiga as motivações para o ataque. As aulas na rede estadual foram suspensas por três dias.
