Sem CLT, autônomos têm as maiores jornadas no país

Dados do IBGE revelam que autônomos trabalham mais de cinco horas a mais que empregados formais e servidores públicos. A pesquisa aponta que a média de jornada para os ocupados é de 39,2 horas, enquanto empregados registram 39,6 horas. Empreendedores, por sua vez, cumprem 37,6 horas.

A disparidade se acentua quando comparamos a carga horária dos trabalhadores por conta própria, que somam 25,9 milhões de pessoas – 25,5% da força de trabalho nacional. Essa realidade, que afeta diretamente motoristas e entregadores de aplicativo, por exemplo, demonstra a falta de regulamentação e proteção para essa parcela crescente da população economicamente ativa.

Enquanto empregados se beneficiam de proteções da CLT, como a jornada máxima de 44 horas semanais, os trabalhadores autônomos e empregadores não possuem os mesmos limites. A ausência de delegar funções e a necessidade de suprir todas as demandas de seus empreendimentos empurram a carga horária dos autônomos para patamares alarmantes.

As informações divulgadas pelo IBGE chegam em um momento crucial para o debate sobre a redução da jornada de trabalho e o fim da escala 6×1, com propostas em tramitação no Congresso Nacional que visam estabelecer a escala 5×2 sem perda salarial.
