Em um revés para o governo Lula, uma comissão mista no Congresso Nacional decidiu restaurar a obrigatoriedade do exame médico para a renovação da Carteira Nacional de Habilitação (CNH). A MP de Lula, que buscava aliviar essa carga, segue em vigor até a possível aprovação final da mudança no Congresso.
