Com BNDES, Nova Indústria Brasil usa sucesso da Embraer como modelo

A trajetória da Embraer, que se tornou a terceira maior fabricante de aeronaves comerciais do mundo com apoio contínuo de políticas públicas, inspira a estratégia da Nova Indústria Brasil (NIB). Lançado pelo governo federal, o programa busca revitalizar a capacidade produtiva nacional por meio de investimentos estratégicos em inovação e tecnologia, tendo o BNDES como um de seus principais executores.

A parceria histórica entre o Estado e a Embraer, mesmo após sua privatização, é um exemplo concreto do modelo defendido pela NIB. Somente em abril deste ano, o BNDES aprovou um financiamento de R$ 279 milhões para projetos de inovação da companhia. Esse tipo de fomento é o pilar da nova política industrial, que prevê R$ 300 bilhões em crédito até 2026 para setores estratégicos, sob a gestão do BNDES, Finep e Embrapii.

A estratégia do governo federal se alinha às práticas de potências como Estados Unidos, China e Alemanha, que utilizam bancos públicos, compras governamentais e incentivos para fortalecer suas indústrias. A NIB está organizada em seis missões, com foco em áreas como saúde, transição energética, transformação digital, bioeconomia e tecnologias para a soberania e defesa.

O desafio agora é replicar o sucesso da Embraer em novos setores de alta tecnologia, como semicondutores, inteligência artificial, biotecnologia e hidrogênio verde. A Nova Indústria Brasil busca, assim, criar condições para que outras empresas nacionais agreguem valor às suas exportações, aumentem a produtividade e reduzam a dependência tecnológica do país, consolidando um modelo de desenvolvimento sustentável e soberano.
